Analisis Manajemen Risiko Bisnis Penjual Ikan di Pelelangan Ikan Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Tegal Sari Kota Tegal

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan mengelola risiko tersebut agar pelaku usaha dapat menjalankan aktivitas perdagangan secara lebih aman dan berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Penilaian risiko dilakukan dengan mengukur tingkat kemungkinan dan dampaknya menggunakan skala penilaian numerik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya dua puluh jenis risiko yang meliputi aspek operasional, keuangan, pasar, lingkungan, hingga keamanan. Beberapa risiko berada pada kategori tinggi sehingga memerlukan tindakan mitigasi segera, sedangkan risiko lainnya berada pada kategori rendah dan dapat dipantau secara berkala. Melalui penyusunan strategi mitigasi yang tepat maka penelitian ini dapat memberikan solusi untuk meminimalkan hambatan serta meningkatkan stabilitas usaha. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu penjual ikan dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian dan dinamika pasar secara lebih efektif.
