Risiko Teknologi Digital: Kecanduan Gadget di Kalangan Pelajar dan Dampak terhadap Prestasi Akademik

Abstract
Kemajuan teknologi digital mengubah pola belajar pelajar sekaligus memunculkan kecanduan gadget yang berdampak negatif pada prestasi akademik dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini meninjau hubungan antara penggunaan smartphone berlebihan, regulasi diri, dan prokrastinasi akademik melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap 30 artikel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kecanduan gadget menurunkan prestasi melalui peningkatan prokrastinasi, gangguan tidur, dan penurunan motivasi belajar. Regulasi diri menjadi faktor kunci dalam menyeimbangkan penggunaan teknologi secara produktif. Tantangan utama pendidikan di era digital adalah membangun keseimbangan antara pemanfaatan teknologi dan pengendalian perilaku digital melalui literasi dan kebijakan digital well-being.
