PENGARUH MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING (PJBL) TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA PADA KURIKULUM MERDEKA SDN 53 BANDA ACEH

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on students' critical thinking skills at SD Negeri 53 Banda Aceh. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental research type. The sample in this study were 28 students of grade V of SD Negeri 53 Banda Aceh. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and tests in the form of pre-tests and post-tests. The results showed that the use of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model had an effect on the critical thinking skills of grade Vc students at SD Negeri 53 Banda Aceh, from the results of data processing obtained a value at a significance level of 5% with degrees of freedom dk = 54, then the alternative hypothesis was accepted. In the post-test stage, there were 82.14% of students who had good critical thinking skills and 17.85% of students who did not complete, while in the pre-test there were only 42.85% who had good critical thinking skills and 57.14% of students who did not have good critical thinking skills. In accordance with data processing, the results of the t-test were obtained, namely tcount = 2.28 while > ttable = 2.00, meaning tcount> ttable or 2.28> 2.00. Thus, according to the testing criteria, H1 is accepted
