KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM PENGEMBANGAN MOTIVASI KERJA GURU DI SD NEGERI 3 BABAHROT KECAMATAN BABAHROT KABUPATEN ACEH BARAT DAYA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021-2022

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the principal's leadership in developing teacher work motivation at SD Negeri 3 Babahrot, as seen from several teacher work motivation development programs in schools using qualitative methods in the form of descriptive analysis. Data collection uses interview techniques and other official documentation. Apart from that, the author also refers to books on school principal leadership and work motivation. The results of the research show that the principal's leadership has tried to develop work motivation with several programs of briefing activities every morning to create togetherness between teachers, providing advice and recommendations and suggestions to maintain and increase teacher enthusiasm, namely, being responsible for fulfilling and providing the support needed by teachers. namely always providing the learning media that teachers want, even though there are some teachers' desires, namely wanting to get more balance than what the teachers have produced, not just a thank you. Thus, it can be concluded that the principal's leadership in developing teacher work motivation at SD Negeri 3 Babahrot is quite good. This shows that the principal's leadership has an important role in developing teacher work motivation at SD Negeri 3 Babahrot.
