Peningkatan Kemampuan Guru Matematika dalam Penyusunan RPP Berbasis Pendekatan Saintifik melalui Supervisi Akademik di SMP Negeri 1 Martapura

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of implementation of the 2013 Curriculum and to improve the ability of Mathematics teachers in preparing RPP Based on Scientific Approach through Academic Supervision at SMP Negeri 1 Martapura. This research is a school action research, which was carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle goes through 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this action research were teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Martapura. The results of this study indicate that the average grade VII teacher's initial condition is 55.5, the first cycle is an average of 75, an increase of 19.5%, the second cycle is an average of 90.5, an increase of 15.5%. Class VIII teachers in the initial conditions have an average of 54.80 in the first cycle, an average of 80, an increase of 25.20%, an average of 90.50 in the second cycle, an increase of 10.50%. The average grade IX teacher in the initial conditions was 48, the first cycle was an average of 70, increased by 22%, and the second cycle was an average of 88, an average of 10% was increased. The results achieved by the teacher have met the target, namely by comparing the results of a minimum increase of 10%. The above improvement proves the success of improving the quality of scientific-based lesson plans through the academic supervision of Mathematics teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Martapura. The conclusion of this research is that through academic supervision, teachers can motivate and have a strong desire to compose and make teaching equipment that will be used in teaching equipment as a support for the learning process.
