Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika dengan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri di Kelas IX SMP Negeri 3 Martapura

Abstract
The purpose of this classroom action research is a.) to improve the learning process carried out in the classroom. b.) to improve teacher performance. c.) to improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics with the Inquiry Learning Model in class IX of SMP Negeri 3 Martapura. This study uses two cycles of Classroom Action Research. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. This research took the subject of class IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Martapura as many as 30 students. The results showed that student learning outcomes in Mathematics with the Inquiry Learning Model had increased and the data obtained were in the form of end-cycle test results, observation sheets for teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the increase in student scores can be seen in the first cycle. The score above the KKM which was previously only 9 students (30.00%) became 14 students (46.67%) with an average value of 69.00. The increase in value can also be seen in cycle II. Students who scored above the previous KKM were 21 students (70.00%) increasing to 28 students (93.33%) with an average score of 80.83. The conclusion of this study is that using the Inquiry Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in class IX of SMP Negeri 3 Martapura and this learning model can be used as an alternative to learning Mathematics.
