PENGARUH MANAJEMEN KELAS TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V DI SD NEGERI NEMBOK BADEK

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of classroom management on students' learning motivation in grade V at Nembok Badeuk Elementary School. Using a survey method with a Likert scale, the research involved 500 respondents consisting of students. The results show that 64% of students strongly agree that good classroom management positively impacts their learning motivation, while 23% agree, 6% disagree, and 7% strongly disagree. Although the majority of students feel motivated in a well-managed classroom environment, statistical analysis using the t-test indicates that there is no significant influence between classroom management and students' learning motivation (t calculated = 1.63; t table = 1.725). These findings highlight the importance of effective classroom management in creating a conducive learning atmosphere, although students' learning motivation may be affected by various other factors. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers continue to enhance their classroom management skills and that schools provide supporting facilities to improve overall student motivation and academic achievement.
