PENGARUH KREATIVITAS GURU TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS DI SMP NEGERI 16 BANDA ACEH

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of teacher creativity on student learning motivation in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh. This study was motivated by the low motivation of students to learn in social studies subjects, including low enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning and students' concentration in learning is not yet optimal. This study is a quantitative study. The population in this study were all students at SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh totaling 402 students. While the sample of this study amounted to 40 students. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis to test the hypothesis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study and data analysis obtained r count> r table while the significance level is 5% or 1% (0.1493 <0.414> 0.1255) which means Ho is rejected Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the influence of teacher creativity on student learning motivation in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh. The large contribution is 17.2%, the remaining 82.8% is influenced or explained by other variables.
