ANALISIS SUPLAI MAKSIMAL PADA PELAYANAN KESEHATAN RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM JEMURSARI SURABAYA

Abstract
High demand for healthcare services should be followed by the supply from the healthcare service. Jemursari Islamic Hospital Surabaya is one of the private hospital in Surabaya. The aim of this research is to know how many service the can provided to patients for each units. This research used descriptive observational approachment, to describe maximal supply of healthcare service. The data are only from dermatology unit, general unit, and pulmonology unit. The sample were the staff and health personnels in dermatology unit, general unit, and pulmonology unit.. The data were collected by in- depth interview to the staffs and health personnels and secondary data. Dermatology units can treat patients up to 1390 patients per month, but on the reality they were just treating 840 patients per month. The general unit can give traetments up to 1.560 patients per month with 10 hours long operational time per day with operate in 26 days in a month.The raelity, the general unit just treated 728 patients per month. The other side, the pulmonology unit based on the calculation can give treatments up to 576 patients per month. But, they treated 960 patients per month. So, there are units that treated patients less than and more than the capacity treatment they can given.
